I think Amish people are very interesting for their way of life mainly because they dont use the wonderful technology personally i couldnt live without technology, some information that I got from the videos: They come from europe specifically from germany and switzerland, they chose a simple life, Be amish is not an obligation, they use horses for transportation......
ReplyDeleteThe Amish people is a community that live in united states because they nedded to left Europe. They have a simple life because they learned it and They have a strong bond winth their religion.
ReplyDeleteThey have a only school and study up 8th grade just learn to write and read. They work in farms and use horses and buggys to transportation. To finally I think is interesting how can live away to modern life and don´t show interest to know more to comunnity.

ReplyDeleteThe amish people are a good example of tradtionalist life and religious conviction.They run away of europe because they scape of religious persecution and stayed in united states and canada, specially in pensilvania,ohio and indiana;the life they have is really interesting because they don't use technology neither electricity for they farms.
I think the way on they live is very intriguer, because in one site they have and want a simple life with a lot of work in family and religion, but, on the other site they have a very effete education, i presume they doesn't need more ducation because they go to work in the farm and of course i believe because they want a simple life they doesn't need better jobs and more money to buy all the "luxe" we use i'm not completely agree with this situation because the ducation is a very important aspect of the life but not for them,for them is the religion i really don't like the religion i believe that is a very big obstacle not only for the amish for very one.For example the amish who decide leave the amish rligion the person stop to have contact with the family and friends that is a very big obstacle to get the life the person want with the modern world;but also i believe they try to get away the young people of modern world because the now the youth is very damage and is a way to protection.
in conclution the amish have a good life for them, because they grew up with the tradition, but in my point of view is a very difficult and decadent life specially in a part of the clothing using dark dreses and the part when the woman clean, make the clothing and take care the kids is a little male for me,but like i said before they are really intresting.
In my opinion Amish have a interesting life. For me the aspects more interesting and different of their life are: their origin in the united states, their education, religion, their customs and work.
ReplyDeleteFirst Amish run way of Europe because they were pursued for their religion and for this reason they arrived to the united states.
And their education is very primitive because they just study until 8° grade and they just learn to write and read, personally, i think that this situation is very polemic because people think that they don't have education necessary and another people don't think the same because their life is very simple.Their lifes are guided by religion because for they the religion is one aspect very important in their life but I disagree because for me the religion isn't important.
They are very traditionally and they have strict customs, they don't use technology. Amish work in their farms because in this place they obtain everything necessary for their lifes.
For all reasons I think Amish are a community very interesting and polemic but I respect their tradition
